    Truly a First-Rate Fantasy of Flight: I first discovered this place, quite by accident, back in the mid-90s. I have not been back until this month (Jan 07). I can tell you that this museum and aircraft collection has only gotten better....

    At the beginning there are terrific sets, first of early flight, then WWI, and finally, WWII. Here there is a B-17, which you get to not only walk up to and around, but inside, all the way through! Weapons are installed, the room is darkened, and sounds of aircraft engines, guns firing, and radio chatter is played during the walk-through. There is nothing else like this experience, and ANY fan of warbirds will be simply amazed at this opportunity.

    Upon exiting this exhibit, you enter two hangers, filled with all types of vintage aircraft, all in flyable condition. Ranging from a Wright Flier, to the most beautiful B-25 and P-51 that I have ever seen, the tours also include personalized visits to the sites enginge and fabric shops, where restoration of other aircraft are actually taking place.

    Finally, there is a terrific gift shop, and an even better art-deco sytled dinner, and if the weather permits, flying demos most days. It just doesn't get any better than this for aviation buffs.

    DO NOT MISS THIS ONE. It's only another 30 minutes down the highway from most of the major attractions in Orlando. A full, no-kidding 5-Stars.
