    You get what you pay for. Its a fact of life. I expected cheap food because that's why Ci Ci's is popular. The problem I had was how dirty the place is. The dining room floors are so greasy you can't walk without fear of slipping and I had to go 5 plates into the stack of plates to get one that didn't have old sauce stuck to it. Doesn't sauce spray off easily if one attempts to wash it?
