User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThis McDonald's in north Sebring, in the same parking lot as Beef O' Bradys, has always seemed to be run well. Food is good, staff is friendly. Need to keep drink/condiment station a lot cleaner - other than that - nice place.
However, the McDonald's in south Sebring(next to Trangle Hardware) is a nightmare. On SEVERAL occasions I've had to endure standing in line while listening to the employees yell and CUSS - right there in front of a line of customers - children included! I've heard stories from other people complaining of the SAME thing. If you go through the drive-thru....I would say 3 out of 5 times they are going to get your order wrong...somehow. They have an obvious problem here...and Management should be ashamed!-

We always like the night shift the best, They always have fresh food at night,never give it to you cold, very nice lady at the drive window, And so is the other crew how give you your meal at the window too. So my family and I want to say real good job you guys.
