User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsGHC's service department and ownnership is horrible. We purchaced 2 quads about 2 years ago from them, and we've had nothing but problems with the machines. They warrantied the work the first 2 times we brought them in, but when we brought them in the 3rd time for the same problem, they refused to repair them. They say its Polaris' decision not theirs. My next post will be on Polaris' website for them build POS.

over priced and does not look after customers problems, bought a cycle from there and had a battery problem, do not live close to the dealership, went to the shop when in the area and was told that I had to leave the bike as they were to busy putting new bikes togeather to take care of the warrentied battery, had to pay a guy for a ride home and then had to go back later to get the bike after they put in a new battery in it, probably took them at least 15 minutes, and they could care less of my situation, I'll never go back to them for anything........
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsprice isn't everything...: so i got the price i was looking for and even a friendly follow-up sales letter (with my name misspelled) promising dedication to my needs, but they won't even pay a service bill for a dead battery they put in my brand new quad they sold me. c'mon! just call me back stephanie, i've called you 4 times!

Really nice place to look for ATV peformance and riding gear, they take a little more time than usuall to work on your ride but it's worth it. The employees are very nice, especialy Jose Segoviano(AKA: "JOEY") bilingual young man who works hard and fast. keep the good work!.
