User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMuch better! That's more like it!: Compared to the other Perkins Restaurant near San Carlos, this one was heaven! The waitress (great job, Kellie!) was very good, and extremely efficient. we rarely had an empty cup. The food was great, nice and hot, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. All Perkins should take a clue from this one.
