User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIts nice to see that they have finally rebuilt the marina, but these guys are so rude and nickel and dime you for everything. They now charge $15 dollars a day to park. Now if you take the 9am ferry and return at 11am, they will still charge $15. The guy in the office is a smug punk that spends most of the day on his cell phone. If ever you want to learn bad customer service visit Pineland. Side note to future renters, when Charlie hit these guys charged every boat owner $2500 salvage fee, regardless if your boat was damanged or not. Low class! Trust me, when you go there your head will explode as you can't believe how poorly they treat customers. If you want to use a boat ramp, go a little farther north to Hidden Cove and save your self some pain.

I too have stopped using their ramp. The fee is outragous. and they do treat you like trash
