User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsIts amazing how violent ignorant people can get sometimes. This Best Buy has always been great help to me and has a general population of good workers in my opinion. Some people just go in there trying to pick a fight so they can write reviews like the ones below. The Return Policy is at the front registers, and on the back of the receipt. As far as a crewman being off the clock that's his business. According to Florida employment laws after his scheduled time is up he does not have to stay, nor does he have to respond to a customer at all, he probably went into that so called huddle to see if there was someone that could replace him in helping the customer, but like I said, people sometimes go in there looking for a fight just to have an excuse to write bad reviews. I think that this is a great best buy and will return often.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went there with my mom to buy a camera. We waited for at least 15 minutes for someone to help us. A girl and a guy were standing there talking, doing nothing, looked over at us and continue to talk. Then I asked the girl. "Are you working over here". When we got ready to pay her, my mom was giving her the card, but she was too busy looking the other direction and listening to music. Took a while to get her attention.....Never go there

WORTHLESS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: there employees are very rude. one told me i was "stupid".. and they "didnt care"... complete waste of life there.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I love this store. The employees are always very informed, and go out of their way to find you the best deal. I am sorry that you all had bad experiences but it is a small sliver out of the grand sceme of what is their sales and it is a shame that human nature sometimes stops us from passing compliment but leaves us hungry to complain all the time. But I saw the most interesting thing the other day the cashiers you would think have no fun seeing as all they do is ring people out. But they had these sheet that they used for records, and they were having a contest to see which cashier could sign the most people up for their free Rewards Zone Membership or how many people they could sign up for the Geek Squad protection plans for products. They were smiling and even though some people were upset the checkout team still managed to send people off with a smile. I love this store
