I had family in from overseas and took them to Buon Appetitio for lunch.Alex the owner welcomed them with open arms and was very warm. Wind up we come from the same area (Avellino) in Italy. He was so happy he hooked us up with some local sausages and bread and cheese from our area of Italy. What a wonderful treat to say the least.As fars as the food goes,truly magnificent in the words of my visiting relatives.The cavatelli was cooked perfect and the shrimp were so tasty and firm tothe bite.mmm.
The pink sauce was perfect,not real thick and not too light..deliciuosly perfect. The homemade mozzarella was absolutely creamy and tasty.Molto Bene.Our waitress,with her beautiful Italian features and accent was excellent. She was very frindly.Complimentary coffee from alex to his new "paesanos" was a real act of friendship.Last but not least the home made cavatelli was cooked perfect and was absolutely reminiscing of the days gone by. You dont find pasta like that anymore,anywhere. Thank you for a wonderful meal and making my cousind very happy.I enjoyed my cousin Robertos and Alex's conversation of the old country. You will be seeing me and my Dad much more often,especially because he wont eat pasta out anywhere else, and I will continue to spread the word. Thanks Again. Ciao for now my new paesanos.
