User Rating: 5 out of 5 starshonest: Ford dealers said "you need a reconditioned transmission for $3300.00" without cracking the case.
John's was familiar with the type of trans. unit, said it would likely be much less to repair and not necessary to provide a reconditioned unit, and this was the result. They fixed what had failed, not unneccesarily replacing the entire transmission.
Highly recommended.
