This buffet is great when it is busy. Food is hot and fresh. Crab legs are steamed and unlimited. Lots of hot and mild selections. Minimal salad selections although there is usually pineapple or other fruit available.
My only complaint is when the restaurant business is "slow". Typical slow times are mid afternoon and some weekdays in the summer. Food at this time is not particularly fresh and often on the dry side.
Overall, the restaurant has a good variety of food products. I invited about 30 friends there when I received my doctoral degree from University of Central Florida. Very convenient location at a local shopping center (Coralwood Mall). Great value ! -

If you want a good fortune cookie or peaches from a can this is a great place to go. The food was not fresh, more like left over food from the other night. Defiantly was not worth my time and money.
