Mobil 1 Lube Express

This is my first BAD EXPERIENCE on the west coast of Florida! I have been happily using Mobil 1 on the east coast for several years. Now that I moved to this area I decided to use the one here. Today Oct. 10th, Saturday, at about 4:30 p.m., I went to get an oil change. One guy was really nice, but the other asked me to stay in my vehicle while he took information. He demanded my phone number. I said that I didn't want my number on the paperwork but that he could have my address etc. He insisted that he would not be calling or soliciting ( even though they heavily solicit every time I go there to get gas... running to my car with coupons, begging me to get an oil change!) He got really rude and then noticed a phone number on a magnetic sign on my vehicle and sarcastically said "Well there's your phone number and I'm just going to write it down anyway" I told him that I am taking a trip cross country early in the morning and would like to get this done, it was getting late and tomorrow is Sunday" He said " NO PHONE NUMBER.. NO OIL CHANGE... GOODBYE" I really felt bad because I wanted to get this done before I travel, plus I will be travelling back late in the evening and won't have time to get this done anywhere else. Also, I have a credit card with Mobil. Soooo many people are out of work who would love to have his job,
GIVE HIS JOB TO SOMEONE WHO'S NICE!
