I absolutely love her and so does my son! In regards to the first review, I would have no problem waiting an hour for her to see my son! She is the most thorough pediatrician in town. She always makes sure you understand what is going on and answers any questions you may have. She is the kind of doctor that you can tell genuinely loves her job. I wouldn't trust my son with anyone but her.

We have taken our baby to Dr. Casanova's office a few times. We have always had to wait a while to see the doctor. However, today's visit was the worst. After waiting an hour and ten minutes past our appointment time, we finally saw the doctor. When I let her know that we did not appreciate being kept waiting so long, she responded "I am always late." I told her that my time is as valuable as hers, and that as a customer paying for a service, I was not happy. She told me I was not a customer and that we were not "on the same plane." She said she always ran behind because she spends extra time with her patients. When I suggested that might mean she is overbooking and should consider booking fewer patients at any given time, she told me I was not going to tell her how to run her office and that if we didn't want to wait the time to see her, however long it might be, that we could go elsewhere. Dr. Casanova was extremely rude and condescending towards my wife and me. We informed the office we will not return and will highly recommend to anyone that they not use this practice. The final insult came when we requested the $39.18 refund that was due to us from a previous visit, where we had paid the office fee and then my insurance paid more than we expected. When I presented their check to their bank for cashing, there were insufficent funds to pay the check. When I called the office manager about this, she said "I will transfer some funds" and then hung up on me. I do not recommend this office to anyone, unless of course you appeciate a rude doctor who is disprespectful and acts like she is better than you because she is a doctor and you aren't.

Dr. Ena Casanova: This office is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Ena Casanova is down to earth and easy to understand. Both my daughters love her 12 and 2.
