User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have stayed at the Colony Resort several times and it has never failed to be wonderful. It is close to everything in Sanibel/Captiva and the staff is great. They are kind, helpful and the new renovations are lovely!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe love it there. Have been staying at the Colony for years. Best value on the Island, especially for being adjacent to the beach. We love the quieter location, the ability to walk to the Lighthouse Cafe and Grandma Dots restaurants. The large screened Lanai's are great. On site management makes it easy for check in, referrels to any place on the Island, etc. Great biking, hiking, swimming, shopping, and food choices. Much less traffic than Fort Meyer's Beach, great ambience.

Near Beach Treasure: We found this cozy resort very comfortable and charming. Convenient to all and a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Sanibel. Definitely a must stay.
