The only good thing is that they're open late.
This Taco Bell is constantly making mistakes or just making the food badly.
The chalupa shells are hard and stale. The cheesy bean & rice burrito had no cheese or beans but plenty of rice and tomatoes. Our fresco style tacos always have cheese on them. Our triple layer nachos only had beans and cheese but no red sauce. Also, the fiesta potatoes were covered with sour cream & no cheese.
What's up with this place?! These aren't hard recipes!
When I decided to write to the company, the contest conveniently stopped me in the middle of my complaint & I wasn't able to finish my comment to the manager.
In addition, I wasn't able to finish "Say & Play for $1000". Now I can't enter for another 6 weeks. Do they really think that we don't eat out more than once every 6 weeks?
Maybe that's just their way of saying, if you only eat here once every 6 weeks, you won't care that we're awful.
In these hard economic times, the value isn't value if you get all the way home and you have to spend more on gas going all the back to have them remake your order.
I feel the aggravation just isn't worth it.

Unfortunately they consistently get orders wrong, which is a shame because I like their food and the drive-up is open late.
