    WENDYS AT PROMADES MALL ALWAYS HAS COLD FRIES! THEY ALSO MESS YOUR ORDER UP MORE THAN NOT. WE DON'T EVEN GO THERE ANYMORE CAUSE IT ENDS UP A DIASTER

    THE WORST: The food was horrible, french fries were cold, missing a small (child size) burger and cheese was missing on my burger. Also asked for extra pickles and did not get that either...I just tried to call them to complain and no one answered and then it rolled into a fax line! It is no wonder I never go there!

    food quality: very disappointed the food tasted like it was a couple hours old calle dand complain to manager got nothing!
