User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst experience ever! Overpriced service could have had an oil change done at the Volvo dealer for $45.00, âQuick Oil Changeâ charged $76.00!!!! Claims itâs due to synthetic oil being higher priced. Listed everything they checked however none of it was actually done my brake fluid was still low my battery was never even checked the air filter was never looked at this place is a huge rip off and the owner tried to claim he was in the right I am sorry Don but donât take advantage of people, I even called to try to work something out and he basically tried to intimidate me and not work with me. DO NOT GO To Quick Oil Change near the mall in Port Charlotte EVER; this is just my experience and my opinion!

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsStay away from this place: After an oil change and service, discovered oil leak upon ariving home. Drove back (45 miles) and the were rude and said to check again after I get back home ???? the manager said that if it was still leaking to drive back. I told them It was a 100 mile round trip and it shouldn't take three trips to fix it. The manager said get out and dont come back. He threw $20 my truck and walked away. and again told me to leave and don't come back. His 20 was left in the front door of the service area. Dump this place this guy needs to tend sheep or something.

It never ceases to amaze me that some believe that an "oil change" will make up for lack of maintenance. Oil change services do repair engines, transmissions, etc... They are strictly preventative maintenance. Expecting an oil change to repair your engine is ridiculous! Take responsibility for inaction and stop blaming others!
