Marlow Werner Pontiac Buick

I' am a former employee of Marlow Werner. I have to say that sales and service at this dealer was one of the best. I really enjoyed not only servicing customer vehicles, and I also liked offering advice to those customers who would ask me questions and had concearns about their vehicle. My job as a Lube Technician was seasonal, and I was looking forward to going back again this season if MW was hiring.
On Sept. 26, 2009 I heard that Mr. Werner, and the Marlows closed the business (due to the economy).

I would recommend you do not buy from this dealer. They are fine when they are trying to sell to you, but once you buy and need service - forget it. No customer service. Beware of the extended warranty they offer, The "Bumper to Bumper", well it is not. My vehicle so far has been in their shop for 7 weeks. I have been battling the service depart, the finance dept, and the warranty people. No one will take the initiative to solve the problem. Everyone would rather pawn me off on someone else. I, the customer, have to maintain communication with everyone at Marlow-Werner. I am currently waiting for my warranty money to arrive which I was told by Marlow-Werner would be in about 10 days. It has now been 2 weeks. I just found out from the warranty company that they will not cut a check until the first week of January, so my vehicle will be at Marlow's for another 2-3 weeks. Oh by the way I have only had the vehicle for 3 months. Marlow has had it the other 2 months.
