On the Second of June I stopped in and order a meal. When I got home I found a bug in my drink. So, I was unable to eat as that turned me off. I called in and Amanda stated that she was Sorry and that she would replace the meal.

Today I came in and they questioned why the whole order was being replaced. I let them know it was due to bugs. Then the store manager came to the window. And stated the following to me. (Which by the way she never stated her name..Poor business skills.) She wanted to know where the bugs was at. I stated to her it was in my drink and it was either one in the lids or two in the ice bin. She stated to me that he was only coffee grounds. And that she was sure of it as that she doesn't have bugs at her store. WRONG! This is Florida and I asure you it was a bug. It like I said it was either in the lids or in the ice bin at the drive thru drink station. I told her that I was correct and that I have worked for McDoanlds before here in Port Charlotte and Brooksville Fl. And I too was a manager once. I have also worked at other fast foods before. So, I know for a fact what I saw and where it was from. They are tiny little bugs and they like water. That is why they are found more in the drink stations then anywhere else. I know what I am talking about and I do not like being called a lair. As that is what she was telling me when she stated that they were only coffee grounds and that her store does not have bugs..YEAH!

Plus she also stated that if she ever found a bug in her meal she would never eat at the place again. That why another reason why she knew that they were only coffee grounds. If I was to never eat somewhere that didn't have either hair, bugs or something else in my food. I would NEVER go out anywhere.

This is was very poor service.. And I feel as a Store Manager she said have known better then to talk to someone like that. I am sorry that she had to write off my meal. But that is only good customer service. For which is very hard to find these days.
