The owner Steve went out of his way to fit me with a bike and sell me what was right for me. Answered my questions, gave me great advice, and wasn't pushy at all. I felt very comfortable with him, the shop, and the transaction. The bike was also personally delivered to my home where he spent the time to review its operation and answer more of my rookie questions
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTHEY ARE THE BEST BUSINESS I HAVE DELT WITH SINCE THE EIGHTIES. I called to order parts and unlike most other shops, they were very helpful. I was talked through the repair, instead of me paying some sixty dollar an hour mechanic bill, consultation bill, parts bill, and many days without my bike, not to mention the towing bill to get the bike there. Thanks for you help Southwest Cycle, you truly are the best in SWFL.
