    A Fare Extraordinare has great food. The chef, Mark, does a great job. However, neither of them (he or his wife kathy) have a clue of how to operate a business.
    A final proposal was not received until five days before the wedding and the price had almost doubled. It wasn't until the night before the wedding that kathy disclosed that they were planning to close the bar at 8:30 PM even though the wedding went on until 10PM, and we were charged until 10PM. They tried to add more money onto the bill to stay until 10PM.
    Like I said, the Chef does an awesome job, but a bride does not want to deal with all of the unnecessary stress as there is plenty to deal with in any wedding.
    Very non-professional.
