    You must have the lettuce wraps! They are to die for. Great food in a great atmosphere. Love the bar!

    PF Chang's is what I call "fusion Chinese"; it has some excellent dishes (e.g., ground chicken and eggplant, with "special sauce") that you won't find elsewhere. The food is very good, albeit not traditional Chinese. Nevertheless, this is still the best "Chinese" restaurant in Napes, a town unfortunately oversupplied with so-so Italian, French, and Mexican restaurants. (Alas, no Indian restaurants, no Brazilian, no Indonesian, no Arabian or Middle Eastern. Are older Americans that leery of spicy dishes?) Back to PF Chang's: the atmosphere is good, with original décor that's a welcome relief from red dragons and pandas, but the noise level at lunchtime -- and to a lesser extent in the evening -- won't let you carry on a conversation easily. But don't let that keep you away from an establlishment that proves that a chain restauranr can still serve outstanding food.

    Consistently Excellent: You won't believe this is a franchise. The food is to die for; the staff very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable; and the decor interesting but not too distracting. As another reviewer pointed out, the only thing that detracts is the noise level. You really struggle to hold a conversation with the people across the table from you. Be sure to sit next to people you really like, you'll wind up talking to them through much of the night. ;)
