User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe customer service I received at Tuffy was OUTSTANDING! I needed the water pump replaced on my vehicle, asap, and the technician stayed late to make sure I could have my vehicle back that night. The employees were friendly and honest. They inspected my vehicle and explained to me what needed to be repaired. I felt comfortable with the salesman, and didn't feel like they would try to take advantage of me. Also, the bill was much lower than I anticipated. I would highly recommend this Tuffy to all of my family and friends!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! we were assured that we would be paid back for a major purchase through our dealership. there was a terrible miscommunication between both parties involved...including hyundai of naples...and we were in fact not paid back the large sum of money from either site. "we treat you right" =not the best motto for this center by far!

Best auto repair facility in Naples by far: I went to Tuffy in North Naples to have my Mercedes Benz fixed and I was so happy. They did brakes and air conditioning on it and did a great job. I would recommend that everyone bring their vehicles to tuffy in n. naples

This review is not at all honest. Your husband was given a refund for all of his bill, with the exception to the labor charges. If he would have provided the necessary documentation to us sooner, you would have seen the credit issued sooner. You basically received a free alternator and you are still complaining!
