User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLong delay for repair;: I am replacing a door; they promised me it will take 3 days to complete; but they couldn't finish the job on time, and kept telling me to wait until they call me. The insurance company provided me 3 day car rental; if it needs more days, the repair shop never contact the insurance company to extend for me. It took about 10 business days for me to get my car back, the estimate price is only 800 hundreds bucks. I had no idea why it took so long to finish the job....TOTALLY NOT RECOMMAND BOB TAYLOR!!
