User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBest customer service? NOT! LOL, ordered a dvd player for in store pick-up over the phone for my parents. Guy was competent helpful, etc Parents went to pick it up, I had paid already for it and charge showed on bank statement, and no one could locate the player or the record of sale. #2 it gets better. TV I ordered to be delivered to parents (purchased 12/23/08) on 1/16/09 delivery cancelled by BBY, re-set for 1/20/09, cancelled again and caller says, and I quote "we don't really know when we will have one for you?" I paid for it in DECEMBER and you had it then, where did it go? Nice! Better yet, I call consumer relations at BBY and I get the sob story of how the manufacturer hasn't delivered on time. Then go to the website....and guess what they are still selling? YES, good guess, the same tv. UNNN REAL!
