User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHORRIBLE service.: Told me they would have a loaner car for me for the day when I made the appointment for it three weeks in advance. I got to the dealership and had to argue with their coordinator to get a loaner (she told me they had none but then gave me the one parked right next to her office window....nice.) I took my car here for repairs while it was under warranty then took it home after they told me it was fixed.....only to learn months later (after the warranty expired) that they did NOT fully complete the repairs they said they did. They also would not do repairs that were said to be covered under the warranty. I would HIGHLY suggest avoiding this dealership....drive further North to MerBenz of Ft. Myers for MUCH better service!
