If I could give half a star or less I would...
I have never liked going to any of the Germain dealerships, but recently a co-worker of mine had a very positive expierence there with a very friendly, not pushy salesperson, so I decided to go. This salesperson tried to do everything possible to make my car buying experience as positive as possible, but the sales managers there seemed to be working against not only me but the young salesman.
I finally went to Ft. Myers to buy the car, but continued to hold communications with the young salesman since he had done everything possible to help me.
Two weeks ago I went back to try once again for a car for another friend of ours, but we found out that this salesman was no longer there.
now this is the main reason for my disgust with this company. we had found out that the young man had been fired.. worst off, he was fired two weeks after the birth of his first child.
I find it terrible that Germain continues to treat their customers as if they were lower class citizens, but when I found out what Germain does with their own workers, it disgusted me.
I should have listened to my first feelings and stayed away from this old fashioned thinking company. I will never go to a Germain dealership again.
Not onlyn was this the only positive salesman I have ever met, but he was very knowledgeable of the product, pleasant to talk to, not pushy and bent himself backwards to try to help me.
My thoughts go out to him and his family.

Service is OUTSTANDING. Great new location with wide selection of cars. Better than Ft. Myers selection. Still waiting for the price to go down to purchase one of my own.
