User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe went to the Chart House for Thanksgiving and were shocked by how bad the service was and the fact that they ran out of meals on a day when all the clientele had reservations. The food was truly marginal with very skimpy portions. We ordered a birthday cake weeks ahead of time and it never came--the waiter said he "didn't get the slip" so it wasn't his fault.
For sure, I will not bring my out-of-town guests to the Chart House to be embarrassed again!-

Awesome restaurant - recommended to us by other tourists and was it worth every penny! Loved the food and the ambiance is great! Pricey but as I said worth it! Reservations will make the experience even better!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhat a gorgeous restaurant!: I have lived in Sarasota for most of my life. Recently, The Chart House had a complete make over. It is outstanding! I love it! Not to mention the food and service. I would enjoy it a bit more if the entrees came with a salad instead of ala carte. I was in the restaurant business for 11years and always got much better feedback when not EVERYTHING on the menu was ala carte. Other than that..Perfection. P.R.
