Crestwood Manor is an easy 10 out of 10. The staff is caring, friendly, and treat the residents like close friends rather than clients. I have even had the privilege of joining the staff and residents to a professional dance showcase, one of the many trips and recreation activities planned to meet the individual interests of the residents. Unless you would like your loved one locked up in an unhappy prison if an ALF, where the staff is only there for the money, I highly reccommend Crestwood Manor. High quality care is guaranteed.

With the new staff there, I can honestly say I feel much better about having my family in residence there. The staff is caring, giving and friendly and works with each resident individually. It feels good to know that your family member is seen as a person and not just another number.
I've heard plenty of stories from my family of trips that the residents go on that cater to each of their individual tastes (professional dance showcases, art exhibits, etc). If your looking for a family-oriented place to have your family stay, I highly recommend Crestwood Manor.

i wouldn't recommend putting your loved one in that place. Everytime i walked in there no one was around.
They are understaffed and no one is trained properly. They have new owners AGAIN.they have had the Dept of welfare and state called on them. all the people do is sit around day after day doing nothing and sleeping in their chair.
