I have always bought my cars here, the service is impeccable and I always get offered the highest price for my trade. These people really care about my business and go that extra mile to prove it. Anyone who would disagree with this needs to take a look at thier self. (Southpointe really can't help stupid.)

If you are a female, don't expect the usual BMW service to which you may have become accustomed.
This is the 3rd dealership in 3 states I have dealt with and they are the worst. Imagine having a new car
being brought to you to test drive and a salesman stops you to have a male customer listen to the sound system first. Like there were no other vehicles on the entire lot to use....I left and won't be back...went to
another dealer and bought a brand new BMW the next day. They do not care. (And they care less if you are a female)
