User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI give this dealership a 5 star rating. Live in Maryland, have a condo in Bradenton with a vehicle there and took advantage of the cash for clunkers program. From the moment I walked into the dealership I knew I was purchasing from this dealership. Three sales people took care of me and every time I called, my call was returned promptly by one of the three. The service went above and beyond from EVERYONE including the Gereral Manager , Victor Tirado and Adam Lazar.I purchased 2 new cars this year, CRV from this dealership which is clean and very professionally run and my hat goes off to them, And by the way, Love my new white CRV

I have been car shopping with several Bradenton area dealers this week. I have to say this Honda dealership has been the best of the lot so far. I got thorough information and prices from the internet sales department before visiting the lot and I was able to do an extended test drive (overnight) to see if it was the car for me. Unfortunately it was not, but they spent time showing me other things without a high pressure sales pitch. I was also impressed by the waiting room for the service clients which is part of the main showroom. It was clean, had drinks and snacks and the people did not look annoyed they way they usually do when waiting for their car to be serviced. If you are car shopping, do yourself a favor and send out a broadcast email via the carsdirect dot com site. When I used that site I got much lower quotes for vehicles than when I contacted a dealership individually.

I took my honda accord to get the transmission routine service. After waiting for about 5 hours, it was ready. They messed up my transmission, and then said i needed a new transmission. At first they didn't want to pay for their mistake, and wanted to use my warranty, which had just expired. after about a week they replaced my transmission.

I was shopping for a Honda Pilot and this Honda dealer had the only one around Fl. After driving the ePilot i thought that it was a great SUV and wanted a price for it. They haggled about a price and would not give me an exact #. After three hours of play their game on the the sales managers came out and tole me that the SUV that is was interested in was a DEMO. They told me that it was an oversight. I did not believe them because it was parked with the other new ones and no indication on the vehicle that it was a demo..After the complete purchase and further negotiations i purchased the vehicle. I would never go back and if you plan on purchasing a vehicle @ Honda Cars of Bradenton i would not...I would go somewhere else..
