I am a regular n think the place is decent. too bad the patrons have to attempt to destroy things. It must be frustrating for business people that have to endure idiots intentionally damaging such a beautiful place in an economy like this. I hope they can stay open. I would not want to drive much farther for my flicks.

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: THE PREMISES ARE BADLY IN NEED OF A THOROUGH CLEANING AND SANITATION. THIS IS EVEN MORE IMPORTANT NOW THAT WE ARE ENTERING THE FLU SEASON. COME ON...SHOW SOME CONCERN FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Yes it could use a good cleaning or at least some air fresh because it just smells as you walk in to each thea. However, the help is very friendly and helpful. I find that they go out of their way to be helpful. No I am in a wheelchair so helpful for me is very important. TYou would not believe how many places are not! Their selection of movies is great at least twice a week they add a new movie. Movies that are doing well play as long as there are people coming to see it. Their tuesday special where you get a soda and a small popcorn for $1 each is well attended and much appreciated. Other days pricing is like other theaters " out of this world"! I know they need to make a profit but some places charge so much that you could buy a steak dinner for the price of a large soda & popcorn, that is nuts! One of the BEST things about the Carmike is that every show all wheel chair customers get in free! That is what I said free! I know thjat I am gratfull. The high price of soda & popcorn I can deal with. As a disabled veteran that would have no place go I am gratfull. When it is so hot trying to cruise around in a chair is no fun, neither is staying at home. Please try the Carmike I think you will agree any theather that does this for disabled people deserve your business.
