We visited numerous dealerships and this one really appreciated our business and did whatever they could to help us. Our sales person was Joel Curto and we would recommend him for your new or used car purchase.

Please avoid this business. It has been one month since I purchased a certified pre-owned from this dealership and I still haven't gained resolution to the numerous problems that I am experiencing including trying to determine if they actually performed the required work to certify the vehicle. While all of the salesmen were kind and courteous, they made promises that they haven't kept including (but not limited to) paying to have the car detailed because they didn't do this prior to delivery. Furthermore, don't expect any help from GM as they have indicated that they can't help until I ask to speak with a supervisor then they help only minimally. GM's position is that this contract is between the dealer and the customer.
Every vehicle that I have owned in my life has been a GM vehicle. Since my father retired from GM I felt a since of loyalty to them. I even went as far as to send letters to my local representation in Washington supporting the federal loans to the Big 3. I am now beginning to wonder if it wouldn't be better for everyone if we just let the market determine their outcome.
I am disappointed by my transaction with this business and wouldn't recommend that you buy a vehicle from them. You should also make sure that your friends and family are aware of how they do business as I have read the other posts and believe them to be true because of the similar experience I have had. Proceed at your own risk if you choose to buy a vehicle here. -

The only time I come in here is to get some things like coolant or other parts of which I really don't want to use something aftermarket. Their prices for service are just outrageous and I don't in my car unless I have warranty work being done.
