    You have a better chance of getting good service from a vacant closed down Circuit City then Best Buy.
    Service is the worst and management has herd it all and don't care.

    Don't bother calling. The phone rang 76 times then I waited 12 minutes to get disconnected. Very Poor Service

    Have you ever try to call Best Buy !!!: When you go t Best Buy to find something, they always say to you call ahead Sir and we will have it for you, or check if is in stock.
    I call so many times and they put me in hold so some many times too, is amazing, and they check from any computer, but that doesn't seem to be the priority in this best buy. BAD.
