We went to tires plus in march 2009 to have them fix our family van.The van would stop for no reason while we were driving it. They informed my husband and I that it would be 853.00. We agreed to this price, but told them we would have to pay weekly as we have a very large family and money is tight. So we went to pick up the van they said they took the gas tank off and cleaned it out,they said the gas that was in it was bad, then they told us that they put the bad gas back into the van instead of putting fresh gas in. We thought this was a little strange, but we assumed they knew what they were talking about.We went to pick up the van, we were planning a family trip to Ohio so we asked Gary if it would make it to Ohio he said ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM RUNS GREAT! So we took our van dirrectly from Tires Plus to the Gas station procede to put new gas in it and all the gas comes pouring out of the bottom of our van. So we called gary and he sends Erik over to take a look. Then Erik said they must not have sealed the gas tank correctly. Erik says he will drive it back to the shop and will be fixed by closing time. We called at closing time because we hadn't recieved any information. At that time we were told it would not be ready till morning.So we went to get the van the next day and drove it a few miles and it died again. They didn't fix anything! Our van still stops for no reason while we are driving.They had our van for two months and never fixed the problem we brought it in for! I would NEVER recommend this horrible place to anyone ever!!!!!

I ordered tires on Monday for installation on the following Wednesday. I called Tuesday afternoon to confirm my appointment and was told by Paul that everything was fine and bring the car in. I called back Wednesday morning to be sure I could still come in to get my tires installed and Paul said bring it in. So I brought the car in at 10:00AM after 20 minutes of phone calls, I was told my tires were not there and were back ordered. But Paul said they could be there by the following Tuesday.
I took my business to the Pit Stop in Englewood, and I would suggest that any one reading this do the same.
