    It took me 4 trips to get my pc working properly and in good health. Having said that, I'm a happy customer. The last 2 visits were without charge during which the computer tech (I think of him as a brain surgeon) worked on my pc in his shop and then gave me ideas for getting it to relate successfully to my modem and wireless router (which actually worked!). If you recognize that these machines we've grown to depend on so much are VERY complicated and may very likely require more than one surgical intervention, you'll like this service. I'd go back. J
