User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI thought the place was GREAT! I went with my perents and three daughter 8, 6, and 2. The place was soo neat, and so much to see and do, while we waited for our food. The grouper sandwhich i thought was perfect. My kids shared a chicken kids meal, cause it was large enough for both. There was a neat museum, and gift shops outback to check out. Lots too keep the kids entertained. Our waitress was awesome, and took my girls over to the docks and showed them you could feed the fish. I give it 5 stars and can't wait to go back!

we we a table of 10 on jan 12. we ordered and we waited long enough for the waitress to serve 2 rounds of drinks. our food came out --super grouper --onion rings--sweet potato all cold. this is the waitress fault. she let the food sit too long after the chefs prepared it. the whole table was either luke warm or cold.
We were not in any hurry and didn't mind the wait, but we would have liked our food hot.

Nav-A-Gator is not known for their "fast" service; however, the food is really good. If your food was cold, why didn't you let your server know you were dissatisfied? Not fair giving them a bad review if you didn't allow them to rectify your problem.
THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! THE SERVER CAME TO THE TABLE FAST, DROPPED OFF THE MENUS AND THEN WENT OUTSIDE TO DANCE FOR @ LEAST 15MIN BEFORE WE LEFT. NEVER AGAIN, SORRY.....NOT
