   Hi, My husband and I are trying to find information on renting a property on Heritage Oaks for January 2009, apartment would be fine, 2 bedroom. We live in England and played the course 2 years ago loved it.We are fed up with our wet and cold winters!!!,could you please send any info on renting to val thank you.
   Its a wonderful course, lovely area , great facilities.

   This is a very nice looking development and a beautiful golf course. However, if you plan to rent here you must be willing to put up with lots and lots of rules and lots of extra fees. Full disclosure is appropriate before signing any lease. There is also quite a bit of "micro politician" syndrome where retired folk are passionately (and sometimes obsessively) involved in the homeowners or condo association boards. It would be a more pleasant place if you didn't have some busybody checking your every move against the bylaws.
