User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAfter reading the other review of this place, at least she didn't get flipped off by the waiter as she was leaving (I had complained to the manager about the poor service)!
As for a review - is there such a thing as a star minus?-

The service was awful. Actually our waiter took our order brought out the food, which my husbands was the wrong burger and he never brought the sauce for my kids chicken fingers, about 30 minutes later and brought our check 15 minutes after we were finished and just sitting very bored. We have 3 young children. It was a horrible time. We were never asked if we wanted drink refills either. The manager came to adjust the bill because it was wrong (had my husband had waited to get it fixed, it would have been 1/2 an hour so he ate it) we were beyond done with the place so I stated we would pay the bill because we had been there far to long as it was. She simply said okay and walked off. She was not interested in helping us one bit. We will never go back!!! horrible service all the way around.

This place has slipped a little.
They got rid of the NTN trivia. They have also done away with the baked potato, as well as potato skins, and other similar old time staples from the menu. They also quit honoring the 1.00 bud draft on sunday. Also, no more darts, and the video games are always out of order! They also dropped from like 20 taps to 10. They did get a 60" HDTV, but sadly its usually never on an HDTV event.
Just seems like no one cares about the place anymore.
Also, be careful of a MONSTER hole near the carryout area of the bar.

While most Bennigan's nationwide have went out of business, this little jewel still shines. With this location and it regular customers, this place should be able to keep up business thru the recession. They are trying some gimmicks to drum up business. There is a pajama party nite, a ladies nite, and a DJ nite. I'm still upset that there is no NTN trivia, and with the economy in the toliet, I would like to see them bring back the dollar NFL sunday Bud and Bud light drafts. PS~ They have reintroduced the potato skins, and I will say they are much tastier now...
Hey, hate to play "debbie downer".... but...... The manager looks very unkempt, shirt untucked and generic jogging shoes, hair amess, talking on the cellphone. I'm a regular so this isn't like the first time I witnessed this problem. I Still love Bennigans, but I question the current management. I work in the food service industry and if any of our shift managers at my resturaunt were as lazy as the two running Bennigans they would be lucky to serve drinks for my boss! Another poster mentioned the long waits from their servers and long wait for food and then the food is wrong when you finally get it then you wait to get it right then you wait for an uncaring manager to adjust your bill then, etc. JUST GET IT RIGHT ALREADY. GEEZE! Bennigan's, figure it out....... Fix your bad food/bad experience/illegal alien problem and you'll make money again.
