Ho's Garden II is the epitome of excellent chinese cuisine. Almost every item on the extensive menu is handmade and fresh. Chef Tony Dong has been cooking Chinese cuisine for over twelve years and his undeniable experience and mastery of flavor can be tasted in every bite of his cuisine. The homemade Duck Sauce and Sweet and Sour Sauce are exquisite and (although uneeded) add unexplainable delectible flavor to eggrolls, handmade crab rangoons and of course the freshly battered order of sweet and sour chicken! I recommend this take out and delivery restaurant to food critics and chinese food lovers everywhere!
