Eager Beaver Car Wash

Detail 1st. & 2nd experience: Went on a Saturday and all was great moving along normal pace as it does get busy around this time of day. Asked for a hand wax and a gentlemen named Ronnie does my vehicle and brings it to me after I was told it may be about 25-30 minutes. I walked up to vehicle and was dissapointed from the start. Not waiting for me to see if all was clear just waiting for a hand out and a good day. I got into car left pulled home noticed there had been change in the color of suppose to be washed floor mats or even wet which they should have been still. Called, ask to speak to him he informed me that he was the DETAIL MANAGER in a firm voice and that HE would never make a mistake as such it was another person. I was as a customer just called a liar not an apology and make arraingements to have mistake corrected just hung up.
2nd. Returned week later intending to speak to Manager and why his management would react in this manner. He was gone. 2 gentlemen came and asked if they could helpI explained and they apologized for someone else mistakes and did not need to. I was Larry and Dwayne Larry took my order and Dwayne said he does details and hasn't had a complaint he would be more than happy to assist me in any way they could. These two gentlemen made me feel good and Dwayne asked me to double check he continued wiping as I looked not standing and waiting.For this new experience I will return only to have this man do my detail and those of my friends or family I have let all I know of this. I have also called main office to inform them of there managers attitude and that he was no manager but a very rude man. Thank-you for letting me tell you story.cjj.sarasota
