I am not at all impressed with this store.

I have been twice, looking for halloween costume pieces and I will try my best NOT to go back. I would rather order online, if the online store has a return policy.

I asked to try on a mask from the case, and they'd put the tag through the eye holes so the tag sat right on the bridge of your nose. How are you supposed to try it on if you can't GET it on? I asked if they could remove the tag so that I could try it on and you would think I was asking for a key to the store. They had to track down management, and then the management wouldn't let them remove the tag. Really? How hard is it to reattach a tag?

Also, I was in there once and wanted to try on long black gloves...again I asked if I could open the package and they said no.

How do they expect to sell anything if they don't allow returns AND they don't let you try it on?

I am completely disappointed in this store and will try my best NOT to go back.
