   I love the John Carl Spa and Salon and have always had the best service and experience anyone could ask for. Great hair cuts, wonderful massages and pedicures. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience.

   I had to write about my terrible experience at this spa and salon. I went for a pedicure and I thought the woman did a very very poor job for $60. I complained on my way out and asked for the manager to call me. A return call took several days and then a voicemail was left telling me that nothing wold be done for me even though I was so dissatisfied. I called back twice to talk to the manager and both times he was too busy to talk to me. I thought this was a poor way to handle a customer especially when I complained about my service before even leaving the premises. Of course, I would never ever go back but I'm still shocked this is how they treat their customers. There are so many spa and salons to go to in Sarasota that have comparable pricing. Don't waste your money here.

   The best color I ever had ...: I have to disagree with the last comment. John Carl IS the place to go for the most up and coming hairstyles and color treatments. I love my hairstylist and will be going back forever.
