User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe pizza is good, but the workers there, particularly the owner's wife, are not very careful when it comes to cleaning their hands before preparing or serving food. Employees often clean the floors and then prepare food without washing their hands. They handle food and money with gloves on. One can only hope that the pizza oven is hot enough to kill some of the bacteria the workers spread around.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAgreed...this place is excellent. I have been coming to Sarasota for a few years now, and the quality is consistently high. Excellent, fresh ingredients; a thin, crisp, flavorful crust; and a wonderful sauce are the basis for a variety of interesting and tasty pies. I especially like the basil/ricotta pizza. They serve slices and do traditional sandwiches and salads, and I just downed an awesome spinach calzone.

Perfection: This is truly one of the, if not the best pizza we have had. The crust, hand tossed, is crisp to perfection and the sauce is second to none.If your in Sarasota, do not miss this place
