   BUYER BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH
   
   This happened to us on numerous occasions with HARRY and his company J & H Diesel. He would quote a job and bill us for thousands of dollars over the quote. The first few times we were naive but this last time was the last straw.
   
   He's a talker and makes you believe he's knowledgeable in what he's doing only to GAF you and reel you in for thousands of dollars.
   
   BUYER BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH IT COULD COST YOU THOUSANDS
