User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't go here if you can avoid it! When I called, some idiot teenage girl (who sounding like she was chomping on gum when speaking) answered and didn't know a thing. I was then on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a more knowledgeable representative. She seemed like she knew how to conduct business and said she would hold the wines I had requested. When I arrived, SHE SOLD THE WINES TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! What a complete waste of time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
