    one of my favorites in ocala.ricky the sushi chef IS from japan( the "other sushi place" chefs ARE not!!(i bring out of town guests there ALL the time and they love it!!one of my guests have been to japan and loved kotobukis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have to say I was a little disapointed. I have heard tons of people rave about this place, So Finnaly my husband and I went. We love sushi and it was good, when we finnly got it. We ordered an appatizer that we never seen. So sevice was a little off. But we were sitting at the hibatchi and its always entertaining to watch them cook your food. I had a type of steak with mushrooms and a delicious sauce and I wished I hadnt filled up on eveything else because it was the best thing I had that night. But the best hibatchi we have ever had is in Huntsville Alabama at a place called Toyko it blows Kotobuki out of the water. They have the best fried rice you have ever tasted!
