    Costumer service is horrible, the fat red head who is trying to claw her way up the corporate latter is the rudest human being alive. Making up "policies" every step of the way to try and back out of a warranty that I purchased! Please, anyone thinking of making a purchase from this "Best Buy" I implore you to drive the extra mile and go anywhere else!

    This Best Buy is losing $1000.00'S of business daily. I am a huge electronics shopper, usually several thousand per month... The last three times I have been in the store, I have literally had at least $500.00 in items in my hands only to lay them down either due to no one waiting on me or long checkout line with only one register open. MANAGEMENT PAY ATTENTION, USUALLY THERE IS PLENTY OF HELP, BUT NO ONE IS AT HOME... THEY ARE ALL LOLLY GAGGING AROUND AS THE CUSTOMERS STRUGGLE FOR ASSISTANCE!

    The Ocala Best Buy Store is apparently not interested in selling anything. I called the store five times and received no answer three times. The first time someone picked up the p[hone and hung up right away. The only other time I got someone to answer the phone I asked for the store manager, after a few minutes waiting, the phone switched to busy signal. I will go somewhere else to buy Sony Bravia XBR8 55"Televsions that I wanted to order.
