User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI went in to Cramer to have a rear seat belt repaired and after ordering the part ($140) they said the installation would be upwards of $400. I was aghast at the price and paid for the part and took it to Race Track on 41 in Venice. The are so good. They put the belt on for $100 in about an hour. I have been dealing with Race Track for a number of years and found them to be very courteous, reliable and, most importantly, honest. They do bumper to bumper care on all cars.

The service is terrible, I came in for an oil change at 8 AM on Saturday and left at 10 AM. A 2 hr oil change, and to top it off I had an appointment. I complained to management, and all they said is "sorry about the wait". Before this incident, I had a part ordered. Well the service people ordered the WRONG part, what it meant is that I was in a rental car for 4 additional days. And, they would not reimburse me for the rental. I will never return there again.

This place is the worst for getting any work done.wish i woulda read reveiws pevious to buying anything from them and the service is really BAD!!! Knowing I was waiting they put a tech on my car and he messed around at least while i was aware for 20 mins while i set there looking at my car he was eating pizza and joking around.and i had already been there for 3and a half hrs.I wouldnt reccamend taking your car there onless you leave it.and have someone pick you up.
