I went there twice time.
At first time, I wanted change engine oil. But nobody help me even didn`t say hello for a while. So I gave up.
Second time, I went there to fix wheel alignment.
Service guy said it would take 1 hour. But I wasted time, 1hour 30min. My car was still waiting out-door. I gave up!
This is DELUCA TOYOTA ! Where is Deluca? I want to see him. Who is G-manager? What is he doing?

I had to take my vehicle to this dealer THREE times and do a lot of complaining before they would fix a very load rattle in the passenger door. The first two times they would tell me it's fixed
and when I would get down the road and hit the first bump it would rattle again and I would have to make another appointment and drop the vehicle off again. This vehicle was under warranty so I guess
they couldn't;t make a killing at doing warranty work.An other time I took it there for an oil change,
the next morning there was a puddle of oil on my
garage floor,they spilled oil all over the bottom
of my engine and didn't wipe it off. This is a very poor service department.
