    Jimmy T's is a great little place. His homemade soups are excellent and they make the BEST chicken salad that I have ever tasted. They treat you like family there and after they get to know you will abuse you like family always good for a laugh too

    Pleasantly surprised: Having lived in the Hernando area for a few years, I have passed Donovan Square many times but never took the time to stop into Jimmy T's NY Deli. I had some time to kill the other day and decided to stop in for a sandwich. Was I surprised. Jimmy's is neat and clean and the waitresses are friendly and helpful. I asked for a suggestion since it was my first time there and she suggested The Citrus Hills Combo. What a taste delight. The owner's wife, Maria makes her own olive spread for this delicious sandwich and the combination of meats grilled to perfection was awesome. They also have a variety of wraps and subs. I had a cup of soup while I was there and was delighted to find it was homemade and delicious. They even have outdoor seating. I look forward to my next visit!

    Great place.......: I have to admit, I've only eaten at Jimmy's twice and for the life of me, I can't understand why only twice. Jimmy T's is in a little strip of stores on 486 east bound in Citrus Hills and the place really is too good to pass by. It is said the good food is where the truckers eat. If you see the LARGE number of lawn guys who eat there, it should be a clue. Everything Jimmy's kitchen pumps out is fresh. The soups are home made and the sandwiches are terrific. I'm told they are open for dinner. The restaurant is super clean and very well lit (I have this thing about seeing what I am eating). All in all, you can't go wrong for a good sandwich, etc. served by friendly people. Jimmy also comes by your table to see if you are enjoying your food. Good customer relations.
